With the sublimation process these mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe, but recommended hand wash to ensure the longevity of the design as dishwasher heats may vary.

Returns + Exchanges

We do not offer refunds of any kind. We offer exchanges or returns for store credit only. We DO NOT refund shipping costs.

All returns will be issued in a form of an e-gift card. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 3 DAYS of receiving your order and we will get you taken care of immediately.

All items applicable for return or exchange must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with tags. Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the original order.
