If you receive your ornament and we made an error, there is no fee to have it fixed. If you made an error entering your text, there is a 5$ fee to have the text redone on your same ornament.

Orders are completed within 3-7 business days during the holiday season (not including the shipping option chosen). If needed for a certain date before 7 business days, select the 24 hour rush for an additional 6.50$.

RUSH FEE is to have your order ready within 24 hours for ORNAMENT ONLY (does not include rush on apparel or other items in your order).

Returns + Exchanges

We do not offer refunds of any kind. We offer exchanges or returns for store credit only. We DO NOT refund shipping costs.

All returns will be issued in a form of an e-gift card. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 3 DAYS of receiving your order and we will get you taken care of immediately.

All items applicable for return or exchange must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with tags. Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the original order.
